What is your asset protection policy?
We provide generous refunds for your heirs regardless of how long you have lived at Martins Run. In addition to our 50% refundable and 90% refundable entrance fee options, we offer a Flex plan with a 100% refundable entrance fee.
What does ‘continuum of care’ mean?
Martins Run is designed for active adult living where independence is maximized and your privacy is respected. In addition to the wide range of activities and dining services we offer, Martins Run also provides comprehensive health services right on campus should you ever have the need for them. These services include personal care and skilled nursing as well as Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
What services are included with the monthly fee?
Although it varies depending on the plan you choose, our monthly service fee generally includes meals and utilities, housekeeping and grounds keeping service, trash service, scheduled transportation, on-site educational and cultural events, a wide range of recreational activities, 24-hr emergency response, priority access to lifetime medical care, and much more.
What types of residences are available?
Martins Run residents can choose from signature studio apartments to one- and two-bedroom apartment-homes that are available in Contemporary, Extended, or Premier designs. All have private balconies or patios with splendid views of our 22 acres.
May I customize my home?
Our Lifestyle Consultants can recommend custom designs and enhancements to help you create the exquisite home you envision.
What happens if I get sick or injured and need medical attention?
We offer a doctor’s office directly on site that is staffed with board-certified physicians who are available for appointments. We also have in-house OT and PT therapists should you need rehabilitation.
